Satellite imagery has revealed four additional air defense towers constructed near Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Valdai residence in the Novgorod region of Russia, with the nearest positioned roughly 400 meters from the main house. The installations bring the total number of specialized air defense towers in the area to around 30, designed to hoist systems like the Pantsir-S1 above tree canopies to counter low-flying strike drones.
