Rubio: Ukraine Does Not Have Access to Starshield

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced that Ukraine currently does not have access to the military-grade Starshield satellite network, noting Kyiv has requested the system for deep strikes inside Russia. Rubio firmly denied that the White House or US government ordered velocity or bandwidth caps on commercial Starlink terminals in Ukraine, dismissing President Volodymyr Zelensky’s claims that the 161 km/h cutoff was a deliberate operation.
