South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun will meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi in Atlanta on Friday, as Seoul seeks to manage a series of sensitive issues in its alliance with Washington.
