Ukraine may need to reintroduce light restrictions if Russia begins mass nighttime use of the Susanin optical navigation module on drones and missiles. Presidential adviser Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov wrote on Telegram that the measures would mainly affect road and highway lighting. He compared the situation with 2022, when such restrictions were introduced, in his words, out of fear and misunderstanding.
