This policy follows articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Reading the site requires no data from you: there is no registration, newsletter, comments or visitor analytics.

We make no automated decisions about you. Automated verdicts concern published claims, not readers. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Who else sees the data
Processors working for us under contract: the site's hosting provider (Railway, whose servers may be outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR offered by the provider) and the group's own advertising service, which only receives the page topic and the daily identifier above. AI services only receive texts of public news, never reader data. We do not sell or share data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at the owner's contact address. If you appear in a story you may also ask us to update it (art. 86 LOPDGDD) or to correct it (right of correction). You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
