La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) formuló imputación contra César Gustavo Jáuregui Moreno, exfiscal general de Chihuahua, por su probable participación en el delito de traición a la patria, por lo que un juez de control le impuso prisión preventiva mientras se resuelve su situación jurídica.
