El exconsejero catalán Toni Comín ha recogido este jueves en la Junta Electoral Central (JEC) su credencial como eurodiputado de Junts tras prometer la Constitución española por imperativo legal y "por fidelidad al pueblo de Cataluña y al mandato del 1 de octubre" de 2017, fecha del referéndum ilegal de independencia de Cataluña.
