La Cour européenne des droits de l'homme (CEDH) a condamné jeudi la Suisse pour avoir violé le droit à un procès équitable de Brian K. La CEDH a toutefois déclaré irrecevables d'autres griefs relatifs aux conditions de détention du jeune homme, médiatisé sous le pseudonyme de "Carlos".
