El juez Juan Carlos Checkley declaró "infundada" una solicitud de tutela derechos que presentó el legislador, a través de su defensa legal, en la que sostiene que dicho documento constituye “una prueba ilícita” por haber sido emitida sin haberse cumplido con los parámetros médico-legales del Instituto de Medicina Legal.
