El ministro de Justicia explicó que el Presidente no fue informado de las resoluciones y que la legislación tampoco contempla notificar a las víctimas. Además, defendió el criterio aplicado por su cartera y aseguró que actualmente no existen solicitudes pendientes para otorgar nuevos beneficios.
