Héctor Villasana, abogado de César Jáuregui Moreno, señaló que la jueza de control Mariana Vieyra Valdés, del Centro de Justicia Penal Federal de Almoloya, presentó su renuncia al cargo el pasado 18 de octubre, tras emitir la orden de aprehensión por traición a la patria contra el ex fiscal de Chihuahua. Sin embargo, la noticia no ha sido confirmada por el Órgano de Administración Judicial.
