La Policía Local de Palma investiga a un hombre, de origen español y 30 años, por circular bajo los efectos del alcohol y poner en peligro al resto de vehículos de la Vía de Cintura. El autor fue interceptado por una patrulla después de que varios conductores alertaran de sus peligrosas maniobras.
