El ministeri de Drets Socials, Consum i Agenda 2030 ha instat dues plataformes que publiciten habitatges d'ús turístic a retirar 8.318 anuncis d'allotjaments turístics que s'ofereixen com a lloguer de temporada perquè estarien incomplint la llei d'arrendaments urbans, modificada recentment pel reial decret llei 29/2026. En concret, el ministeri que dirigeix Pablo Bustinduy ha identificat, a través de la direcció general de Consum, que aquests més de 8.300 anuncis serien il·lícits perquè publiciten habitatges turístics com a allotjaments de temporada per als quals es permeten reserves per menys
