Lo dispuso el juez Rodríguez Ponte en la causa de lavado de dinero porque no se presentó al juzgado como debía y no vivía en el countries que dio como domicilio legal. Además ordenó ampliar las declaraciones indagatorias de dieciséis personas ya imputadas en la causa que investiga al grupo Sur Finanzas.
