El grup alemany de telecomunicacions T-Systems es posiciona com l'empresa capdavantera en la cursa per gestionar el núvol públic català. En un informe elaborat pel Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació (CTTI) –l'empresa pública que integra tots els serveis informàtics i de telecomunicacions de la Generalitat–, la filial de Deutsche Telekom ha obtingut la puntuació més alta per fer-se càrrec del servei durant els pròxims vuit anys. Els altres aspirants són Telefónica i la japonesa NTT Data.
