Want vergis je niet: het label 'extra vierge' betekent niet dat je de hoogste kwaliteit in handen hebt. Olijfolie verliest na verloop van tijd immers aan kwaliteit en zonder oogstjaar heb je er als consument het raden naar hoe oud je olijfolie is.
