The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared a staff member of the Russian Embassy in Chișinău persona non grata on Friday, Oct. 23, following the crash of an explosive Russian Geran attack drone on Moldovan sovereign territory. President Maia Sandu condemned the aerial violation, noting the unmanned munition crashed in proximity to residential homes and an energy installation.
