Kwetsbare groepen krijgen meer geldstress nu de temperaturen zakken en de energieprijzen stijgen. Het Noodfonds Energie, dat pas in januari opengaat, is alleen voor mensen die hun verwarming aanzetten. Dat doet niet iedereen, blijkt uit onderzoek in de Maastrichtse wijk Caberg.
