En automne, le gibier s'invite sur les cartes des restaurants et dans les rayons des supermarchés. Mais cette viande provient principalement de l'étranger. Pour mieux valoriser les animaux chassés sur son territoire, le Valais lance un label garantissant leur provenance, une première en Suisse.
