El ministro Mauricio Arnillas indicó que las familias que viven en los cauces corren riesgo de desbordes ante el Fenómeno El Niño, por lo que deben “tomar la decisión” de dejar sus viviendas. Añadió que no busca “generar miedo”, sino a estar preparados.
