ARCA ha pedido a tres administraciones la protección del edificio de l'Eixample esquina Miquel Santandreu con Joan Alcover, primero se ha dirigido al Ajuntament de Palma, posteriormente han solicitado al Ministerio y finalmente han solicitado la intervención del Consell insular de acuerdo con los artículos 23 y 24 de la ley 12/1998.
