Russian forces struck Kharkiv’s Novobavarsyki district on Monday, Oct. 26, killing two people and wounding four others, including a 17-year-old girl. According to head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov, the attack damaged mainly civilian infrastructure, including private homes and a kindergarten. Over the past week, he said, Russia targeted 113 settlements in the region, injuring 148 people and killing 12.
