En el mensaje, emitido por el Govern, se solicita máxima precaución, evitar desplazamientos innecesarios, alejándose de cauces y torrentes. Poco antes, la Aemet ha subido el aviso a nivel rojo en las Pitiusas por lluvias de hasta 90 litr
