El canciller de Alemania, Friedrich Merz, ha advertido este lunes de que el objetivo del presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, va mucho más allá de las ganancias territoriales en Ucrania y busca "desestabilizar todo el orden político" de Europa, al tiempo que ha garantizado que la Unión Europea (UE) y otros aliados están capacitados para seguir financiando a Kiev frente a la retirada de apoyo por parte de Estados Unidos.
