Schon in den vergangenen Wochen näherte sich US-Präsident Donald Trump mit dem Dieselabkommen und der Aussetzung von Sanktionen in großen Schritten Russland an. Der ukrainische Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj warf den USA nun vor, auch die Auslieferung bereits bezahlter Patriot- und anderer Luftabwehrraketen zu verzögern.
