Presidential adviser Beskrestnov says that US intelligence continues to reach Ukraine, but warnings of Russian missile attacks can arrive just a minute before impact. He also said Starlink and Starshield restrictions remain in place and that Kyiv is exploring alternatives for military communications, air defense and civilian connectivity.
