In Zukunft müssen auch Drittanbieter die Kosten für die Buchung eines Fluges erstatten, wenn dieser ausfällt. Das hat das EU-Parlament beschlossen. Außerdem soll es ein einheitliches Erstattungsformular für so gut wie alle Transportmittel geben.
