Le Haut-Commissaire de l'ONU aux droits de l'homme a réclamé mardi l'ouverture d'un accès humanitaire à Taëz, ville de l'ouest du Yémen assiégée depuis début octobre par les rebelles Houthis pro-iraniens, qui bloquent la route la reliant à Aden. Le conflit a fait plus de 250'000 internes depuis août.
