El financiamiento agropecuario canalizado por el Banco Agrícola (Bagrícola) hacia la zona fronteriza alcanzó los RD$2,140.1 millones en 2025, un aumento superior a RD$270 millones respecto al año anterior. Sin embargo, estos recursos representaron apenas el 8% del monto total de los préstamos formalizados a nivel nacional, lo que evidencia la participación de este territorio en la distribución del crédito destinado al sector.
