La COP17 biodiversité s'est ouverte ce lundi à Erevan. Elle doit permettre un point d'étape sur les objectifs de protection de la biodiversité adoptés en 2022 à Montréal avec un horizon de mise en œuvre en 2030. Et le bilan à mi-chemin est assez inquiétant. Les pays sont en retard sur quasiment toutes les mesures à prendre, que ce soit l'arrêt des subventions néfastes, le financement de la protection, la restauration des écosystèmes dégradés, etc.
