El barril del crudo Brent, de referencia internacional, rozó los 112 dólares este 20 de octubre. El valor más alto desde el pasado mayo. Por otro lado, Estados Unidos sigue buscando alternativas para ampliar la oferta dentro del mercado energético y consulta sobre la capacidad de India para refinar el petróleo venezolano.
