La Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Cámara de Diputados, presidida por Catherin Palomino (Juntos por el Perú), aprobó este martes 20 de octubre derogar parcialmente la Ley N° 32130, que otorgaba facultades de la Policía Nacional (PNP) en la investigación preliminar por sobre el Ministerio Público.
