Premier Bart De Wever (N-VA) is "zeker" dat de Europese Commissie het debat over de geblokkeerde Russische activa bij Euroclear niet zal heropenen bij eventuele nieuwe voorstellen voor de financiering van Oekraïne. Dat heeft hij vanochtend gezegd in de Kamer.
