En julio escribí en estas mismas páginas que no debíamos premiar la dilatoria de quien no se preparó ante la entrada en vigencia del Código Penal y la figura de la Responsabilidad Penal de la Persona Jurídica. Al mismo tiempo reconocí que no estábamos listos. Ni el Ministerio Público, ni la judicatura, ni las empresas, ni los abogados.
